I have spent 25+ years moving between hands-on engineering, architecture, product decisions, and technical leadership across startups, scale-ups, and enterprise companies.

I am most useful when important decisions are being made with incomplete or conflicting information: when a team seems slow, a project keeps getting more expensive, technical direction is unclear, or a company needs experienced ownership without immediately hiring another full-time executive.

I stay close enough to the technology to test what I am being told, but the goal is not more code. It is a clearer decision about what should happen next.
